The short version
This hosted version is a free convenience, so you can use these tools without installing anything. It's set up to collect as little as possible. Nothing here is for sale, and there's no reason to track you.
- No tracking. There are no accounts, cookies or user profiles, and nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
- 1102tools doesn't log or keep your IP address.
- Your searches aren't logged or saved, apart from a short answer cache, and nobody at 1102tools reads them.
- Every answer comes from 1102tools' own copies of SAM.gov's public contract opportunity, entity registration, and exclusion files, so your searches are never sent to SAM.gov or anyone else.

What this service receives
- The tool name and the details your AI client sends, such as keywords, notice IDs, solicitation numbers, UEI and CAGE codes, public business or exclusion names, NAICS and PSC codes, business and SBA certification codes, set-aside codes, agency names, states and dates. Only submit information needed for a public-record search; do not submit confidential acquisition details or other sensitive information.
- Connection details, including your IP address, which Cloudflare handles as described below.
You don't need an account or API key.

Where your request goes
- Cloudflare runs the service and answers your request from 1102tools' copies of SAM.gov's public Contract Opportunities, Entity Registration/Public V2, and Exclusions/Public V2 files, stored in Cloudflare databases. Opportunities and exclusions are published daily, and entities monthly; the service checks opportunities every two hours and public entity and exclusion files every four hours, with an extra exclusions check after its usual daily publication time. Nothing is sent to SAM.gov or anyone else.
- Your AI client (Claude, ChatGPT or another app) receives the answer and handles your conversation under its own privacy policy.

What is kept, and for how long
- Your searches and results: not logged and not saved, apart from the answer cache below.
- Answer cache: answers are kept for up to 5 minutes (data-status answers for 1 minute) in Cloudflare's cache at the location that answered, so a repeat question is answered without querying the database again and more people can use the service at once. Entries are filed under a scrambled fingerprint of the request and erased when they expire. They hold public SAM.gov records, not your IP address or anything that identifies you.
- Service records: for each call, Cloudflare keeps a record of the tool's name, which AI app sent it (such as Claude or ChatGPT), whether it worked, how long it took, and the names of the standard labels the AI app attached to the call (for example, that ChatGPT included its anonymous user ID, never the ID itself), for 7 days. These records contain no search terms, results, user IDs, IP address, location or browser details.
- Request limits: to stop abuse, Cloudflare counts requests in one-minute windows: 120 a minute from each connection address, or 600 for Claude's and ChatGPT's own servers. Because ChatGPT's servers carry many people, each ChatGPT user is also held to 120 a minute, counted under a scrambled copy of the anonymous user ID ChatGPT attaches to each call. The ID itself is never stored, and the scrambled copy is kept only for that one-minute count.
- Cloudflare's traffic records: Cloudflare keeps its own records of requests, including IP addresses, under its privacy policy. 1102tools uses only overall counts from them, such as calls per server per day, and doesn't download or keep IP addresses.
- Support email is kept only as long as needed to answer it.

Your choices
- There are no accounts and nothing about you is stored, so there's no profile to see or delete. For privacy questions, or to have support email deleted, write to james@1102tools.com.
