SAM.gov by 1102tools terms of use

SAM.gov by 1102tools is an independent service for searching contract opportunities, entity registrations, and exclusions that SAM.gov publishes in public download files. It is not endorsed by GSA, SAM.gov, the U.S. government, Anthropic, or OpenAI.

The service serves dated public files, not live SAM.gov. Opportunities and exclusions are published daily; entity registrations are published monthly. Files may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. Refreshes may pause to stay within the service budget. The source date in each answer describes the loaded file. During an unfinished refresh, the affected tool asks you to retry rather than returning partially refreshed data. Archived opportunity notices and attachments are not included. Entities that opted out of public display are not included in the hosted public mirror, so a missing result does not establish that an entity is unregistered. Each entity and exclusion answer reports its source file name and date. Active registration does not establish current SBA certification. Public 8(a) codes can remain after a certification exit date; check certificationExitDate and confirm current certification with SBA. Confirm current registration status on SAM.gov before relying on it, and verify material findings, including exclusions and opportunity deadlines, on sam.gov. The service reads public data; it does not modify government records or make procurement decisions.

Access is subject to capacity limits and may be interrupted or suspended to protect availability. Do not interfere with operation or bypass request limits.
